A bulldozer was used to clear nearly 200 abandoned cars, making way for firefighters battling the Palisades wildfire in California.

KTLA reporter Gene Kang was on Sunset Boulevard and Palisades Drive, which was packed with abandoned vehicles.

A firefighter noted the vehicles had been left without their keys and blocking an evacuation route, preventing fire crews from accessing the area.
