President Donald Trump sees his trade war as a way of pressuring Mexico to do more to stop the flow of illegal drugs into the US.

BBC correspondent Quentin Sommerville travelled to the US-Mexico border and tracked down fentanyl smugglers – before speaking to addicts in Philadelphia.

Watch as he meets some of the drug operatives and challenges them over the deaths their pills are causing.
